THE IDEA

lt orinates from a souvenir, of fifth generations :

“When we were young, our grandfather Serio Borgogno, that we used to call Nonno Serio, gave us his two

favorite wines to taste together, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, so that we could savor both of them in only one sip.

“WHY 1T 1S CALLED “SERIULIN”

Seriulin is not only a wine, but it is also the history

of a joyful soul, the gaze of a proud man who kept admiring his home, his lands and vineyards.Seriulin, that’s how we loved to call our grandpa.

THE WINE’S STRUCTURE

The wine reflects all the aspects that used ta characterize Serio Borgogno: the freshness, authentidty and humility of Dolcetto, combined with the severity and austerity typical of Nebbiolo. Seriulin is a convivial wine, ideal to be shared with family and friends.

lt is a simple but also elegant wine at the same time. Composition: Dolcetto d’Alba and Nebbiolo d’Alba Colour: Red tinged with violet

Nose: Fresh, full and pleasantly fruity, with well defined hints of red fruit jam.

Taste: Full bodied, evoking memories of blackberries and raspberries, with a clean dry finish of Dolcetto and structure elegant of Nebbiolo.
